How long does shipping take?
Your items will be shipped in one to three days from the time I receive your order.
Where does my order ship from?
All of your items are shipped from my home studio in Alpharetta, GA.
Do you restock items?
I do restock items that have a high request for more. The best way to show interest is use the Back In Stock option for any items you’d like to see again.
Return and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns - There is a 5-day return policy, which means you have five days after your items have been delivered to request a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused and in its original packaging. Returns are allowed that have an unforseen flaw. To start a return, please contact us at thestudiotwoeleven@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at thestudiotwoeleven@gmail.com. Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items - Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom-made items and final sale items. We also do not take gift cards as a return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
What is your exchange policy?
The only exchange offers that are allowed, are, you ordered a wrong color and would prefer a different color in the same style. The fastest way to ensure you get what you truly want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item to ensure availability. Once your item is received we will credit your account or reissue the gift card if purchased .
How much is the return shipping fee?
The return shipping fee is at your expense unless the error is ours. You can have a return shipping label emailed to you at our cost if so. Please email thestudiotwoeleven@gmail.com before sending any items back for exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
our return will be processed within three to five business days.
Care and materials
Are the earrings heavy?
Two Eleven earrings are surprisingly light (just you wait until you hold them) with hypo-allergenic titanium posts, also nickel-free. All earrings are designed in the suburbs of Atlanta and are made with polymer clay and may include components made of wood, gold or brass as specified in each listing.
How do I care for my earrings?
If the items you purchase are made of a solid color with no inclusions, the way to take care of these beauties are to clean with a damp cloth and a tiny amount of nail polish remover on a Q-tip for any dirt or oil that may not lift with the damp cloth. If the items have foil or any other extras like splatter or texture, please just use a little water on a cloth only. Please avoid wearing in water, this includes the shower/bath. Polymer clay is very durable but avoid unnecessary manipulating and bending. All earrings have a double reinforced post to ensure the posts stay on securely. If you have any issues please contact me. All brass pieces have been pre-treated during assembly but will naturally tarnish over time. To clean, use a cloth and a dab of brass cleaner or cola (yes, you read that right, cola. I urge you to treat these wearable art pieces like you would anything you treasure to ensure they will last a long long time.
